FieldSafe Ready is the leadership-and-system programme. It retains practical emergency scenarios, but it is not simply Retreat Response with extra topics added: time is deliberately spent on leading the response, venue access, communications, equipment, rehearsal and the written readiness plan.

During the incident

Coordinate casualty care, 999 communication, equipment, access, the wider group and repeated reassessment without trying to perform every task yourself.
After handover
Capture what needs to change.
Debrief the response, record the useful operational learning and turn it into changes to roles, kit, access or the written plan.

This is independent specialist FieldSafe emergency-response training. It is not EFAW or FAW. If your organisation’s needs assessment requires a recognised workplace qualification, that requirement must be met separately through the appropriate pathway.
